How to Get to Us
Parking:
Convenient parking is available at the Sutter Stockton Garage (444 Stockton St, San Francisco, CA 94108).
Public Transportation:
We are easily accessible via BART. Exit at the Powell Street Station and walk a few blocks up Powell Street. Our office is located at the corner of Powell and Sutter Streets.
Preparing for Your Consultation
A consultation is an opportunity to discuss your goals, ask questions, and receive a professional evaluation of your anatomy and options.
To prepare:
- Write down your goals and concerns.
- Bring a list of current medications and medical history.
- Be prepared to discuss previous treatments or surgeries.
- Consider bringing reference photos if helpful.
- Arrive early if completing forms in office.

Consultation Fees
- $150 for new patients
- $50 for established patients
Consultation fees are applied toward surgical procedures when scheduled.

To streamline your visit, patient forms can be completed in advance.
Through the online portal, you can:

Insurance & Reimbursement
All fees are due at the time of your pre-op visit or upon receiving non-surgical treatments. If your procedure qualifies for medical insurance reimbursement, our staff will gladly assist you in completing the necessary forms.
Treatments typically eligible for insurance reimbursement include:
- Septoplasty surgery for resolving functional nose problems
- Skin lesion removal for potentially risky moles, lumps, or bumps
- Injectablesfor medical conditions like hyperhidrosis
Our patient coordinator can provide you with the appropriate paperwork and support for insurance submissions. If reimbursement is a priority, we recommend confirming eligibility with your insurance carrier in advance.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for appointment changes.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice — or missed without notification — may incur a $100 cancellation fee.
After-hours cancellations may be left via voicemail or email.
