Allow me to counsel and guide you through your journey…Jodi has several years of experience in the operation of aesthetic medical practices. She has successfully managed plastic surgery and dermatology practices since 2003.
Certified in aesthetic laser procedure patient consultations, Jodi is very knowledgable about our range of laser services including: hair removal, photofacials, skin tightening, profractional therapy, as well as, light and deep resurfacing. She's happy to consult with you about your skin goals, and identify which laser procedures are best suited to meet those goals.
Jodi takes charge and helps walk you through the cosmetic surgery process, beginning with scheduling your surgery through post-operative care. She is a great comfort and valued resource to all of our patients.

Lamai has accumulated 11 years of experience in the health and beauty industry, offering competent and comforting patient care.
She began as a Licensed Medical Esthetician, providing soothing and healing peels and facials, and was awarded Best of the Bay in Brow Shaping by Allure Magazine. Lamai is also a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) which means she often works hand-in-hand assisting Dr. Macdonald with in-office procedures.
For your questions about any of our non-surgical cosmetic procedures, skincare products, esthetician services, and other appointment bookings, Lamai is always available to listen and meet your needs. Her warm, positive nature and efficient manner make her a pleasure our patients deeply appreciate.

Lauren Papagno
Lauren’s skill as an RN and experience as an Aesthetic Laser specialist makes her a valuable asset to our practice. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Santa Cruz and finished her RN degree with honors in Miami.
Lauren's extensive experience with various lasers includes Hair Removal, SkinTyte, Laser Resurfacing, and Photo Facial. Her understanding of these lasers and how the technology works gives her the ability to effectively consult with patients, and guide them in the right direction to improve skin quality.

Thao brings nearly 20 years of experience in makeup artistry, beauty, and skin management to our practice. Her talents combine the best in technical skill with the aesthetic eye of a true visual artist. The results are stunning!
Thao’s gift for subtle shading, shape and color allows her to accentuate your features naturally. She chooses pigments to compliment your skin, eyes and lip color. Rather than using a mechanical device, Thao utilizes hand-brush strokes for a more natural-looking result.
The semi-permanent cosmetic treatments that Thao provides are most commonly for eyeliner, lips and eyebrows. She also provides cosmetic tattoo correction and removal of unwanted tattoos. Thao's artistic cosmetic tattooing is often a fantastic compliment to the rejuvenated look provided by eyelid surgery or lip augmentation performed by Dr. Macdonald.
