Thao Duong Permanent Cosmetic Artist

Thao comes with 17 years of experience in makeup artistry, beauty and skin.  As our Permanent Cosmetic Artist, Thao’s skills demonstrate that she is not just a technician, but a visual artist as well.  Her gift for shading, shape and color allows her to accentuate your features naturally with pigments chosen to compliment your skin, eyes, and lip color.  Rather than using a mechanical device, Thao utilizes hand-brush strokes for a more natural looking result.

Permanent Cosmetics Procedures

How do you know if permanent makeup is the right choice for you? If it’s important to you to look your best at all times, no matter where you are or what you’re doing…be it at work, the grocery store, the gym, the park with the kids, the pool or the beach…and you have little time or desire for daily primping, then permanent makeup is perhaps a great choice for you!

Permanent Cosmetic Artistry is a non-invasive procedure, with minimal if any discomfort (many patients fall asleep during the procedure), that can greatly enhance the following facial features:

  • Eyebrows – it frames the face, creates fuller brows, opens the eyes, redefines the shape, and creates an alluring effect and a youthful look.
  • Eyeliner – it opens the eyes, creates thicker looking lashes, brings out natural eye color, and defines the shape.
  • Lip Color – it creates fuller, more youthful lips by defining shape and enriching natural color.

Lifestyle Benefits of Permanent Makeup

  • Look vibrant and youthful 24 hours a day
While exercising, traveling, at teary weddings, and first thing in the morning
  • Avoid allergic reactions
A great solution for allergy sufferers or those who can’t wear topical makeup
  • Save time
Don’t we all run short on time in the morning or getting ready to go out for the evening?
  • Lifesaver for clients with unsteady hands or visual impairment
A reality for most all of us as we age

Scar Camouflaging and Other Corrective Procedures

Permanent makeup may also be used to:

  • Camouflage scars - on the face (e.g. due to trauma) or body (e.g. redefine the areola after breast surgery) with pigments chosen to match your skin tones.
  • Blend areas of hair loss – associated with certain medical conditions.
  • Remove previous tattooing – safe and effective techniques for removing unwanted pigmentation from previous cosmetic or decorative tattoos.
